Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between you and 077bd to the exclusion of any other terms that you may purport to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice, or course of dealing.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
18+ Only. The 077bd platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. 077bd employs age verification procedures and will immediately close any account where the registered player is found to be under 18 years of age.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 077bd, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

077bd takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. Where 077bd identifies a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria described above, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all bets placed, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation and resolution in accordance with applicable procedures.
Account Registration & Security

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 077bd platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 077bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered. Minimum deposit amounts:

- Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Unverified accounts may have bonus withdrawals withheld pending identity verification;
- Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;

Betting and Gaming Rules

- Cricket and sports betting: All sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with 077bd's sports-specific settlement rules published in the cricket and sports betting section.
077bd uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Prohibited Conduct
Violations of this section may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits), and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 077bd platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — 077bd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a particular course of conduct constitutes prohibited behaviour:

- Identity fraud: Providing false identity documentation, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials;

- Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of differences between 077bd odds and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), where 077bd determines the activity to be abusive in nature;
- Money laundering: Using the 077bd platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity. 077bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and internationally;
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings or platform credits derived from the disputed deposit;
- Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive communications toward 077bd staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.
Account Suspension & Closure
A 077bd account may be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:
- Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within five business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements;
- Self-exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion requests — for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently — result in immediate account suspension. During an active self-exclusion period, no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Re-opening a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has elapsed is not possible except via the formal reinstatement process described in the Responsible Gaming Policy;
- Platform-initiated suspension: 077bd may suspend or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the circumstance — if it has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 7;
- Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 077bd will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
Where an account is closed by 077bd due to a Terms violation, 077bd reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. In cases confirmed to involve fraud, money laundering, or serious abuse, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 077bd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to 077bd in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
077bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms, even if 077bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, 077bd does not accept liability for:
- Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events;
- Loss of winnings or inability to place bets resulting from technical malfunctions beyond 077bd's reasonable control;
- Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where those errors are corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms;
- Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or any other third-party payment intermediary;
- Any loss you sustain as a result of gambling beyond your financial means. 077bd strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their personal budget.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Amendments to These Terms
077bd reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in platform functionality, new game categories, updated payment procedures, or any other operational requirement.
When material changes are made to these Terms, 077bd will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform. "Material changes" means changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the manner in which you may use the platform in a significant way.
Minor corrections — such as typographical fixes, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without specific notification, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.
Your continued use of the 077bd platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
